1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within india.


2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: ₹20 | Delivery in 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: ₹100 | Delivery in 1–3 business days

  • Free Shipping: On all orders 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen reasons such as weather, logistics strikes, or high demand.


4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


6. Damages & Lost Packages

lunchbox is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We recommend saving all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
